Thinking of selling up

Have decided it's time for a house as we are renting at mo and the landlords have decided to sell.

Getting fed up of moving all the time and want to settle down.

My car in standard form done 20k 2001 Y reg, C spec loads of extras. Thinking of putting it up for 12k, is this a fair price?


I know a few of you have seen my car so would really value your opinions.
