Toad alarm won't stop going off- MOT tomorrow!

Sorry I know this is the wrong part of the forum - but need help quickish

I've got an MOT booked tomorrow so I can finally get the DC5 out of the garage and go to a meet at the weekend - but my alarm won't stop going off when I reconnect the battery..

The battery has been flat for about a month, so I charged it up this evening, and normally when I reconnect the terminals the alarm starts to beep, and I press unlock and it stops fine.. but today when I reconnect the terminals theres a shorter faster beep, and when I press unlock or lock nothing happens, and after about 5 seconds the alarm goes off... Has the Toad alarm forgot my fob or something? Anyone had this before?

It‘s not something simple like a flat battery in the alarm fob is it,?

Ok panic over.. held down the bonnet alarm trigger with my little finger while simultaneously mashing unlock on the fob and connecting the negative terminal..

Nope both fobs were fine.. typical you posted this the second before I replied saying it was fixed, so disaster averted lol.. thanks anyway
