Hello guys

I've got quite a few stone chips on the bonnet of my teg. I managed to get hold of some CW paint from Honda. Now the question I have is, what is the best way to apply the paint? Is there also sanding required with wet and dry paper as i've somewhere on here that is the case.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks guys

Don't use the brush that is provided with the touch up. Use a cocktail stick and 'layer' the paint.

Clean the area first using a compound. (to get rid of any wax or polish that could react) then dab a very small amount on the chip. The key is to do it little and often rather than just fill it with a blob! Once it looks flush to the top coat, leave for 48 hours or longer then compound very lightly. Polish or wax afterwards to protect it. I have done this before and it worked well. But I'm sure there are other ways to do it!

Painters disposable touch up brush.... Piece of masking tape, twisting into a point, and just dab ;)
