Quick question

Do you need a tow hook or strap for track day?

Not really you have a hook under the rear bumper. They can drag your arse out with that

Be aware that they will drag the car out by the fastest means possible. If you're in the kitty litter and it's via the rear hook, you can usually kiss goodbye to your front bumper.

Thanks for the replies.

I put a tow and arrow sticker on rear bumper.

Track day went well anyway s no towing needed. For future events I will have one on the front and rear.
