For most turbo Integra's you need to be between late spring and early autumn on dry days to make the most of it, but usually even just using 50% throttle with BBG is enough to keep you happy all year round good video.

Nice car, looks pretty mental to drive you really need some arches to cover those wheels though, or higher offset wheels which might even help with less torque steer.
