Type R or Type iS

Had my DC5 for 6mths, however the vin plate says Type iS rather than Type R. Is this a base model ? Most parts have been added since entering the UK. I do have recaros,momo wheel, quaiffe lsd, Spoon exhaust and skunk2 suspension. The paintwork is pearl white which is same shade as championship but with pearlescent through it? I have an ecu fault due to oxygen sensors can anyone help??

There is a Type iS in Japan, was it sold to you as a Type-R? The best way is to check the engine, has it got a red cover, is it a K20A, the iS has a different spec engine.

As to the fault code, the first question, are you running without the CAT in place? If so, then this will cause a fault code. If the CAT is still in place, then it or sensor might be faulty.
