UK insurance on DC5

In the event i get a DC5 in the UK..

.. in the worst possible scenario.. (no previous UK insurance).

.. how much insurance would it be ??

I only need standard coverage.. not theft or other additional events.

Can someone explain A-plan ??? What is it ??
