Using TGM bodyshop via insurance?

Anyone ever tried this? I know majority of insurance companies have their own approved garages, but I want to go on the basis that my car is lowered and don't trust any of the local garages to accommodate my car appropriately.

Basically, my idiot neighbour (which I'm still trying to prove despite having photo evidence) had rolled her car into the back of mine! Number plate bit is cracked and there's slight scruffing of the bumper. Not sure if this is pure plastic or not, as some bits seem warped. I've no idea if this is a matter of t cut, replacement of number plate, and or a full replacement bumper and lip. Not a great start as was preparing to sell her next month onwards!

As I'm down at TGM next month, I thought I'd try and get it done there too.

Yes I had mine repaired their. No car hire available with them though so you won't have a car to drive whilst yours is being repaired.
Willy is very good and I would recommend him.
Parts from Honda japan took 4 months to come though so you may be waiting a while.
