Having these done at the weekend.

Does anyone have the specs for the inlet and exhaust?

Who's doing them for you? Or are you doing them yourself? Don't have the measurements to hand but I do know that its best to get them done when the engine is stone cold. Left over night is best. Don't crank it over at all. The gaps should be on the forum somewhere.

Intake: 0.21 - 0.25 mm (0.008 - 0.010 in)
Exhaust: 0.25 -0.29 mm (0.010 - 0.011 in)

Yeah he said it needs to be stone cold so dropping it off Friday night for him to do Saturday.

My engine is quite 'ticky' at the moment so hopefully this will sort it.
