The seller quite clearly stating "250 BHP"

As all I could see was an exhaust, still had factory airbox, intake manifold, no mention of other parts... I messaged the selling asking for more information:

I believe that standard Type R's are 220 BHP plus this has the uprated
exhaust system which increase power by 20HP and also the Japanese grey
market imports come with more BHP and spec than the dealer imports

Wonder if insurance wrote it off too, don't they need to mention that? Seems sad as only screen, bumper, bonnet and slam panel and your off again.

Hope he does sell and someone restores rather than another sad break story

lol. i had a look at the listing the other day. read it was 250bhp then looked at engine bay and laughed.

lol, Ive had a rather humorous exchange of emails with the guy, he wasn't happy that I corrected his power figures/information... so he got arsey with me
