Change your final drive or your gear ratios. Chances of finding another box for sale with the work already done is very very slim indeed. Are you not happy with the rev drop after each change or the speed of the climbing revs? Define 'shift times'.

Im after a short shift. it just feels like it loses potential during shifting. If i went with a short shift box should this improve the small loss in revs???

If your on about the drop in revs as you change up, a short shifter will not cure this.

What have you driven that has a slicker , shorter more positive shift than this???

the rpm drop is there as it is with all cars but its nothing compared to a normal performance car and will keep the car in vtec with no problems. I am interested in what you are comparing it to?

the physical shifter of a std dc5 has a very reasonable short precise throw and with a short shift kit can be reduced further .

dont get me wrong like when i shift it stays in vtec no problems, theres nothing mechanically wrong with it, i just thought if i went for a shorter shift then this would reduce the loss in revs and keep the power up :).

The only way to reduce the rev drop as you change up is to change your gear ratios, a full gearset is approx 2k.

A 5.1 final drive is a good option, the rev drop is still the same but the revs climb quicker after the change.

As above Kpro is what most do to improve the drive by lowering the vtec point.
