Hello, ive been trying to get an online quote on elephant.co.uk for 4 days now and it enter my address etc and it says "unexpected error encountered". Anyone came across this? possible browser issues?

You've probably sorted this, but have you tried to clear your cache and history from your browser?

also, you might try ringing them if they are not purely based online.
