Weird one...

So i noticed some oil under the car.
Had a quick look and could see oil from the back drivers side of the engine just below the head.
Looks like a sensor (oil pressure sensor?)
The weird thing is the sensor looks like its not wired to anything? If that was the oil pressure sensor then i wouldnt be able to get vtec would i? If it wasnt connected?

Stripped it down, took the sensor plig off and resoledered it back to the loom and guess what... i now get an oil can light!.
Cleaned all the bits off in the area and think a leaky rocker gasket is the oil leak cause

Cleaned up the vtec solenoid thing too while i was at it

Taken the car out for first time since cleaning this all up and the rocker doesnt appear to be the leak. I think its either the oil pressure sensor o ring or the vtec solonoid gasket. I think ill change both tk be sure

i have an identical leak, noticed when changing my oil filter. did you get anywhere with this?
