What grade oil should I use!

Right I bought the teg and I want to do a full service on it.

I was told it was run on fully synth 0-40 I believe, but a few people have said run it on 10-40 fully synth?

Its on 70k at the moment. If anyone could shed some light would be great! New to the whole k series scene!

10w40

personally I would use castrol edge sport10w60

I posted on his threads on here and civiclife and got no reply. And japserviceparts have 10-40motul with hamp filter for 29.99! And like 3 quid delivery!

Always used fully synthetic 5w40 in my K20 cars.

I used millers nanodrive stuff. Expensive but good. 5-40

Ditto, wouldn't use anything else now. Expensive but still less than a tank of petrol.
