What Insurance People .....

As above, i am due to pick up my DC5 in 2 weeks time. I have been shopping around for insurance quotes :evil:

Only one place quoted me and that was Adrain Flux

They quoted me £1500

SD&P
5000 PA
1 NCP
1 Claim
Very good post code
Garaged.

Who would be another good company to try? i tryed A Plan but they would not touch me. :cry:

Is there any other young DC5 drivers around?

If A-plan won't touch you I think yout best off with Flux mate!

The big companies either don't have it on records or won't insure you....you need a specialist company like flux

I know A-plan want you to have a couple of years no claims (they will insure 22y/o's as my mates with them)

Andy, how old are you? I'm looking to get a DC5 sometime at the end of the year and I'm hoping that it insurance won't be more than 2k. I will be 23, 4 years no claims, garaged, 10k miles per annum, 1 no claim accident in 3 years, SD&P.

I can always hope. Gonzo's post about his 22 yr mate being insured looks very promising.

Have you guys checked the 22/23 year old threads, theres quite a few of them and some other 22/23 year olds have posted in other threads on who theyre with :wink:
