Wheels turning while in gear and engine off?

Anyone have this problem? Was taking the wheels off and the wheel just kept turning when trying to remove the nuts. Pretty sure LSD isn't the issue as wheels are turning when engine is on and left in neutral. Box or drive issue? It's still driving fine.

yeh its just the momentum of the engine going around and a tiny bit of drag on the clutch is enough to turn the wheels when there is no load.

they might not turn, it epends on so many factors, if you put your hand against it you can normally stop it.
