Windows very slow going up?

So noticed the past few weeks my windows are very slow going up, kind of like they are struggling, are the motors going to give up soon? Or do I just need to spray some wd40 or the likes into the runners?

dont use wd40 you want some silcone spray, that should help

Mines similar is if the battery is out of juice. Sometimes it gets 3/4 way up and then stops and goes down again when using auto click. If I use manual it goes all way up but with resistance

Plan on a worst-case scenario...

Be prepared to change your window regulator, including fitting is around £180+ from Honda.

Sounds like it's starting to get a little tight/dry (I.e. Ready to snap)

It's not certain but I always like to plan worst case then anything else is a bonus, but does sound like either that or the motor are getting a little tired (for whatever reason). I had mine go few weeks ago - Gutted
