wing mirror glass

hi all

does any body knows how to change the glass on wing mirrior? easy to do ? how do you take the old glass off?

Well it's a pain in the back side.
Push the bottom o the glass in so you can grip the top of the mirror and pull it.

The glass has 2 clips that go into the electric motors and a slot bracket at the bottom.
It will make sense once it's out.

Putting the new glass In is a pain as you have to push the 2 clips into the motors without them clicking right into the housing.

May sound a bit vague but u will see what I mean when your doing it.

it just pulls off, though it feels like its never going to come free, held in place with 4 clips and a sticky pad.
new one clips in.. job done..

Where can you get a new glass for the wing mirror?

From Honda or is there any other sites that sell them?

I've just bought one yesterday. I think it was about £23 all in. Luckily they had one in stock too as someone had ordered one but never picked it up *Yoink!*

I should have it on the package mine is in. Not sure where I've put it at the moment though 😡 somewhere 'safe' probably!
