can u use wonder wheels in the std white wheels???

i was weary of this as its acid based, but i took my wheels off the car and decided to use it and it worked a treat they look good as new again.

I would say once you have cleaned them seal them with something like Poorboys wheel sealant

think the gremilns havce stolen the search function for now, it may reappear after midnight!!

Wonderwheels is absolutely fine for alloys, i use it religiously and never had any issues.

diluted G101 is my favourite wheel cleaner. probably 10-20 times cheaper than wonder wheels too. the only trouble is that you have to buy 10 litres of the stuff. :xhelp:

I thought there was a type of wonder wheels available now that was acid free or highly diluted.
I have a friend who has an FN2 and has used this since he bought the car 1 year ago and swears by it.
Its in a clear plastic spray bottle and is a red liquid.

I'm sure its available in Halfords
