I know some of you guys don't like these kind of threads, but anyone who has had a few of the cars listed above will be able to help me?
A while ago I posted a thread about the Golf R32 compared to the DC5 but I reckon I wanna get away from German cars [as I've had 4]. I also know the 4 cars I'm asking your opinions on are totally different in character; 1 being the reason your on the site, 1 being a RWD roadster and the others turbo rally reps - but price wise, they all about the same [£15k or less], so I could have any.
I will start by saying if I didn't have to think about servicing costs, insurance, fuel bills etc, I'd be having the P1 or EVO VI - There isn't really any compromises with these cars; insane speed, room for 4 and a bunch of luggage, aggresive looks...but I do have to think about the cost of running such cars, so my first question would be; are we talking thousands of pounds more to use a Scooby or EVO as an only car [I know you gotta service both every 6k miles or 6 months]?
I guess the biggest choice to make between the S2k and DC5 is could I cope with only 2 seats? Can anyone tell me the difference in performance between the 2? I am yet to sit in an S2k but being 6' 6", the choice my be made for me? Oh yeah, for those how think the roadster is a chicks car, checkout these pics [Honda's look wicked in white innit?]:
