Final drive upgrade.

Ive fitted a 5.3 and i wish id brought the 5.4 or even shorter.
I think its not recognizeable that much. Even tho the acceleration is much faster, 5,9sec 0-100, compared to 6,5 with oem fd.

Still, i dont think it was worth the money.. Propably prefer cams next time

I have a 5.46 and echo this comment. I've felt the benefit of it on some circuits but found it a hindrance on others. In hindsight, I'd rather have done drop in cams, 3" exhaust, etc.

I've unscientifically tested against a car with the same mods as mine and a standard final drive on the autobahn - no difference in straight line pace. The other car actually started to pull away in 6th as I have the EP3 6th gear in mine and the rev drop is really noticeable compared to the JDM 6th gear.
