Jesus Jimmer, Save some for the rest of us! :) Quite the collection you have there.

Ran the Spoon N1/Spoon B-pipe myself for a while and as much as I loved the Iconic noise, The over run killed it for me. :(

Love the looks of the Kaki' N1 too, Somewhat similar to the Fuji' Power Getter....Never heard either in person though, but the rule of thumb for me is, 'If it says N1, It's going to be loud' haha.

Toda is always a good shout, Great but subtle noise, good for power.... Shame about the baffles commonly going on them, but it shouldn't ever put anyone off one, They're well worth it!

Always been a dolphin tip kinda' man myself, but it's looks just as good with the straight tip. :)

It's really hard to choose an exhaust for the DC5, I always forget just how many are out there!

Wonder how many options there actually are hmmmmmmm :-k TBC haha
I have the Power getter ....very similar to the HKS Hi Power ....looks proper with the slightly angled backbox and not too large pipe, it is a little discreet though looks like it would be alot louder than it is. I personally cant even hear it in the car but been told by my mate in his car that on full chat on a motorway overtake sounds pretty awesome !!!!!

Best of both worlds maybe ?

VeilSide Teardrop for me
Again, a pretty rare exhaust!

It's a titanium system weighing in at just 6lbs.

Next to the oem:

I have it mated to a Spoon B Pipe, it sounds incredible!

Is the Kakimoto Regu 06&R really that restrictive?
No more than oem... certainly not enough to pannic about. The amount you would potentially loose is negligible as to wether or not you'd even notice. Maybe on a charged car it would have more of an effect, but again if its the sound you like don't get hung up on numbers :)

People also say the Mugen is restricted but ive seen a few very good print outs and had talks with owners/ specialists to realise it actually makes zero noticeable difference, and very god numbers all the same (if thats your thing)

Obviously a 3 inch system etc would be better flowing, bla bla.

Moral of the story, get what suits you :) and you'll probably not notice any difference apart from noise an maybe abit more low down grunt :)

can't get excited about exhausts, it's just a bit of pipe, so long as it looks half decent poking out the back, happy days :xgrin:

I'm running a mugen twinloop at the moment and I love it however never had anything else apart from oem I want to get an arc intake for yeh upfront engine noise as I've lived through the loud exhaust stage and it's no fun anymore lol

Anyone know anything about spoon n1 catbacks being restrictive? Heard the are much bigger than OEM but they look so nice

Would have to be the Kakimoto Regu 06&R for me!

Everything about it is beautiful! The size, the tip, the angle at which it sits, the colours, the logo, the sound...

If only you left it on for the current owner to enjoy ;)

Jimmer, good pics. Even though the spoon has a smaller pipe, the back box looks very nice with it though

The b pipe itself is supposedly more free flowing with a lot less restriction (and looks nicer as you say! )

Size wise, I think the oem b pipe has internal diameter of 54mm and the Spoon is 60.5mm

I certainly noticed the difference going from the oem b to the spoon b with my VeilSide exhaust. A lot more popping and exhaust tone was a lot deeper.

I also some how managed to gain another 11hp out of it on a dyno which can't be right can it?!

I currently have a HKS hi power so not sure if it would be more restrictive than that or not :S
