So you ordered something special order with a no refund policy, spat your dummy when you realised how
Long it was going to take for delivery, (on your terms no less as you're out the country) asked for a refund and got Told No?

In all honesty buddy, I can't see what they have done Wrong here......

I agree with you here to a certain point but understand Stoddie's frustration at lead times, would have been better if Newera just said it would be 8 weeks. Newera seem like they have apologised and explained the situation. They were willing to offer some HKS oil filters as a guesture of good will for the inconvience. Im sure they would have thrown in some other items or services aswell with a bit of haggling

Distance selling regulations wont apply to made to order items so it really depends if the item is "made to order" or its just ordered when they get an order and taken from supplier stock.
