what would you say is high mileage then?

There's lots of tegs on here in superb condition which have covered 100k / 150k+ miles. Then there's the 'low milers' on gumtree and the like, which are trash :)

My point is condition is priority with these cars, they take mileage no problem; And with the right owner they can be in as-new condition.

mileage is a massive issue in this country and its crazy
if you can produce sufficient documentation of regular services etc we all know Honda engines can go for 100k's and the rest of the car will be fine too if catered for

The engine mount inserts make the engine mounts a lot stiffer. Main reason people do it is when they have aftermarket manifold

However the Mugen mounts are stiff enough for the manifold but no where near as stiff as having inserts

Maxvr6 has Mugen mounts and I have the inserts and huge difference. Much nicer to live with Mugen mounts
Has anyone else changed from inserts to mugen mounts?
Are mugen mounts okay for decat mani?

Ill try and get mine fitted over winter...I don't think you'll have any issues...max runs this setup too, mounts and aftermarket mani.
