Stick to Honda stuff unless your running after market box components. I'm running Mfactory LSD and final drive gear kit so I use Torco.

Gonna give this a go myself, have ordered the following:

Washers:
http://www.funkypower.co.uk/catalogue.php?make=HONDA&model=INTEGRA&year=2001%2B+DC5+INTEGRA+TYPE+R&level1=ENGINE&level2=OIL+SYSTEM+COMPONENTS&level3=OIL+PANS+AND+SUMP+PLUGS&id_product=4224

Sump Plugs:
http://www.funkypower.co.uk/catalogue.php?make=HONDA&model=INTEGRA&year=2001%2B+DC5+INTEGRA+TYPE+R&level1=ENGINE&level2=OIL+SYSTEM+COMPONENTS&level3=OIL+PANS+AND+SUMP+PLUGS&id_product=2866

Oil:
http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-850-silkolene-silktran-syn-5-75w-90-fully-synthetic-gear-oil.aspx

Seems pretty straight-forward, just remembering to jack back down to a level/typical road stance and give it the 20 mins as suggested. OEM was never fitted with magnetic plugs as far as I can tell, but will be interesting to see what drains out, and if these supposed metal shards may be present. A bit of a noob to all this myself so will try and post up my own walk-thu. Thanks for all advice.

Teggs.
