Havnt listened to video cause I'm on my phone, but sounds like it could be timing chain? Mine was doing this for a while in my ep3, coming and going but no fault codes for a while then I started getting them when it was cold but went away when it was warm, could be wrong tho

In fact you can hear a mad tick at 70moh inside the car. Although only when under load

Spoken to Tom at TGM and he had very kindly agreed to sort it out for me as he will need to contact his supplier.
