might be a little slow on the gear changes though.... fell off the MB on the black run at Afan this morning - got some nice scrapes on the left arm and knee and starting to stiffen up - But should be OK for Saturday though.

For those who havent done afan here's a youtube clip - shame it doesn't show actually how steep it is.

I came off at the stupidly small jump at 1:15. Rode it so many time before, just got careless and too fast - trying to jump it rather than ride it out - ended up in a heap up the side of the berm.

Cant understand whats wrong with these guys at the steep bit at 3:00 - just ride down it - none of this getting off and walking :lol:
