Thanks for the link and help. I'm still waiting on the verdict from the insurance regarding who was to blame. And a value of the car. I am thinking about buying it back so I can salvage all the parts off it.
I will let you all know what I find out when I know more.

So all I know at the moment is that the car is a cat B right off which means it will not be going back on the road ever!
I should however be able to buy it back for salvage.

I should get a phone call with a price in a few days.

I also won the case, the mini driver was at fault. I think the only reason I won it was I had the key witness.

bad news about the car :( but good news with the case.

I got a settlement deal today and managed to buy the car back.
I am waiting for the settlement but they have said i can buy it back.

So The engine and gearbox package is now for sale in the for sale section.

Does it have an OEM clutch? If so how many miles has it had on?

Also what about the silver cover that goes over the top of the red rocker cover? Or did that get crushed?
