I think perhaps my comments may have been taken out of context, just a little.

It was more aimed at someone buying one as an only car. Yes, I appreciate a turbo DC5 is a cracking car but if it was someone buying their only car, I find it hard to believe than an FK2 is not a better option due to the age, toys, setup out of the box is good etc. Buying an old turbo DC5 brings high running costs and risks. However as a toy for someone with considerable disposable income (which the Juno clearly has) then I can see that side of the argument.

Telling me lap times or power to weight ratio is a waste of time, I couldn't really care less. I could bang on about traction in anything but optimal conditions but I feel the discussion has got to the point where it would just fall on deaf ears.

Congrats with your purchase Juno and I hope you enjoy it. I guess I will refrain from posting my own opinion on a public discussion board in the future.

Ah Gotcha, yes it's just a toy for sparing fun use and not an everyday car, FK2 would be better as an everyday user!

Think I will have to sell the Teg Lol

This will make you laugh

I've turned up with my mate Baza at the Super Cars of Essex meet!!!

As the weather is Iffy I took the Teg, Parked in the display area next to Baza's GTR then got asked to move it to the public car park.

No Honda's Wankers, up there own arse or what🤡

I said to the parking official I do have a Lamborghini but the weather is a bit iffy so I left it at home and brought the Teg! The guy says oh yeh so do I mate but your still have to move it. When I came back in after being relegated to the public car I showed the guy a picture on my phone
and said "see I do have a Lambo" He replies "ah cool mate bring the Lambo next time" "I said there won't be a next time" Lol, How could someone be so uneducated and rude about the iconic Integra Type R

Really getting to know the car now, drives Epic and a lot of fun. The torque steer is not anywhere as near as bad as I expected it would be so very happy with that. steering is razor sharp and the car has s great front end with excellentl turn in!

I've spent days cleaning the car and it's all coming together very nicely!

Well the TEG is epic and Bonkers at the same time, however a TOMMI MAK that I couldn't resist came up so I had to buy it So might sell the TEG Turbo to make some room

Surprised you haven't searched for an Evo 6 Tommy Makinen Limited Efition Monte Carlo. My mate Baz had one before the NA1 NSX-R which he turned into his track toy and it was epic and White (like your cars seem to be), we have both had EVO's but that thing was in a league of its own :)

The red one looks great still though :)

It's cool for sure, lots of money now. My 6RS is running 450 and basically is the same car, the Monte Carlo was pretty much an RS. I have to say it's one of the best handling cars I've ever driven and the closest a road cars handling has ever come to my race car, congrats to EVO for building these

It's that another car of yours? You sound like a bit of a show off Juno like you feel as though you have to tell the world about all your money and all your flash cars. Appreciate if you've worked hard for it or whatever, none of my business or anyone else's but you come across as though you want all the attention.

Hi Mate, yep you got me in 1 a real show off, that's me I own a Lambo and turn up at a Supercar/Lambo event in a DC5 because I like it Do you know many Lambo owners with a DC5, I doubt you do Now if you could actually understand you would see that I am passionate about cars, good cars, interesting cars, regardless of there value, I am eclectic in what I like. I like things for what they are and not for their value. I thought forums were for enthusiasts to talk and learn about about cars! I have been on forums some private where people have collections worth millions but never made a comment about people being show offs just because they have better cars or more money than me.I think if I had thrown my toys out of my pram like some that would just be crass and show that I was jealous. Not once have I ever been jealous in my life, in fact others success has always made me get off my arse to do better, I'm just a common lad you know! So when people next talk about their Zonda's and F40's because I don't have one, I can just say "Oh your just showing off aren't you" However I still find people's thoughts on stuff that I can't afford interesting and I have a choice don't I, that is I don't have to read it if it upsets me! Anyway there we go each to their own and I don't think it bothered Dave too much when I bought his car? Oh buy the way he mentioned he has a GTR34, bloody show off that Dave LMFAO really

No, but I'm sure you have turned up at Lambo events in your Lambo the same way DC5 owners have turned up at DC5 events in their DC5's - not sure what point you're getting at.

I'm not commenting on what you like as I'm sure you do genuinely like cars, in fact that is clear however, you seem keen to show everyone what cars you own/owned knowing full well that the majority of people on here could probably just about afford to buy a DC5 let alone run one. You also don't come across as a DC5 enthusiast seen as you're about to sell a car you've only had for a number of weeks to sack it off for an EVO. Dave spent a bomb on that car and it was a true enthusiasts car so it's a bit of an insult to him and others on here that you're selling it already.

Anyway, I think you're missing the point. If you've worked hard for it good for you but perhaps be conscious of how you come across to people when you're showing off the flash cars you've had.

What have you paid for the Tommi if you don't mind me asking? I have seen some for sale on the MLR for £50k, but whether they actually change hands at that is another matter.

They've become so expensive it's only really collectors that can afford them now, when let's be honest there really isn't much difference between a normal VI and a VI TME.
