Don't use stainless bolts. Threads are more likely to sieze even in normal applications and they are twice as hard to cut off than regular coated steel. Basically, I only use stainless in industrial applications where I know they aren't going to be coming back off.

They are just washers. Measure the hole size (think it's 10-12mm) and go down to your local nut and bolt shop.

Mine's were fitted professionaly and they maxed out at 1.2deg one side and wouldnt go any lower than 1.4 the other side.

Check the rear lip. On mine just to the left hand of the numberplate right underneath there was dirt and debris trapped causing a rattle that was the same symptoms as yourself. Worth a check.

Is the tick only on very light throttle? I have the same noise but it's cause no harm within the 10k I've driven it. I know the engines are loud, noisy injectors etc so haven't bothered. Garage commented that it was completely fine too.

I had the Megan Racing system. Had to pay around 50 quid import tax on top of what I bought it for.
